way possible to make your event a memory

- Do you have professional equipment?
A -
Mixmaster DJ Services uses only top grade
professional sound and light equipment.
Q
- Do you
have a cordless microphone?
A - Yes -
This comes in handy for doing
speeches,
blessings, and any other presentations.

- Do you carry back up equipment?
A - It is very
unusual for any professional equipment to
malfunction. In the case of the "very
unusual" Mixmaster DJ Services does carry
backup equipment.
We could use
either of the two types of sound systems
for your event.
1. Self Powered
Speakers - This means that each speaker is a
system by itself. These speakers are self
contained with a speaker and an amp built
inside each unit. So, if one speaker should
malfunction then the other speaker(s) would
still serve as the sound system. In
addition we carry extra cables and lights
etc.
2. If we are
bringing un-powered speakers to your event,
then we also carry a
back up amp system. In addition we carry
extra cables and lights etc.

- What requirements do you need for your
setup?
A - We
require
2 separate tables (approx 4ft x 6ft) within
10 feet from 2 electrical plug outlets /
electricity. If the event is held outside
we also require shelter (tent etc.) from the
outdoor elements.

Are you an interactive DJ?
A - Yes -
I am not one to
just stand behind the CD player and wait for
the event to end. It is not uncommon to see
me on the dance floor motivating the dance
crowd and keeping things "happening".
Q
- If needed, do you co-ordinate all the
activities, be the emcee, as well as be the
DJ at our event?
A - Yes -
Quite often it is up to the DJ to keep
things moving during a celebration. We
will work with all who are involved in the
planning of the event to make sure that the
event is a success.
MUSIC

- Do you take requests?
A
- Yes, during the event, we will be happy to
play any requests that you have forwarded to
us, as well as take additional requests
throughout the evening. Of course if we
feel that the request is inappropriate, or
that it will lessen the enjoyment of the
majority of the guests We will act on our
better judgment. We also take into
consideration songs that you do not want
played during your festivity.
Below are a
couple guidelines set forth by Mixmaster DJ
Services when taking requests.

Songs must
be clean in lyrics.

Songs must
be recognizable by most of the guests at
your celebration.

Songs must
be danceable in format.
Of course there are just guidelines set
forth my Mixmaster DJ Services for the most
enjoyment from your guests, however the
contracting party has the right to "over
ride" these rules as they see appropriate
for their party.

- What
type of music do you play at a typical
event?
A
- Depending on the type of event determines
the type of music that will be played. If
it is a school dance then we probably will
be playing a lot of top 40 music, along with
a few party favorites. The music played at
your festivity is usually determined by the
type of guests that are
in attendance and their tastes in
music. Mixmaster DJ Services has over
20,000 songs
ranging from the 40's through today to
ensure that the right music is played for
your event.

Do you offer any
options with your DJ service?
A
- Yes - Although a typical dance or party
comes with a complete sound and light show,
extensive music library and all the
planning needed to make your celebration a
success, we do offer a couple extras.

what do I need to do?
A - All
events are booked on a "first come first
serve" basis, so should you decide on
Mixmaster DJ Services, the next step would
be to contact Mike Miller (at 724-465-2571)
so that we can sign a contract.

- How much do you charge?
A - All
rates vary based on event location, date and
time needed. Although our rates are
reasonable, I will save you a lot of time,
if you are "price shopping" and have decided
to book a DJ based solely on price. While I
(and many other
satisfied clients) feel that our
services represent an excellent value, we do
not compete on price, we compete on
quality. If you truly want an experienced
DJ, an interactive DJ who will not only DJ
your event but also be an emcee, a person
committed to helping you plan your event,
